OMG, yes, I definitely would be hysterical. I hate Ferris Wheels anyway, so I most likely wouldn't have gotten on it in the first place.

First of all, I would NOT be a rider on this. Heights are something I avoid, and this one for sure I would avoid. Gives me the creeps thinking about it.
