i dont care whether they are black or white. Im black and im a great babysitter. This is a very racist question to me

I would want whichever babysitter who would take the best care of my children if I had children.

I would pick the best person for the job, it doesn't matter what race.

As long as they are good with my kids, i do not care what race, etc. they are!

Rather a Mexican babysitter that makes good tamales.

We aren't racist, None of our friends look as if they just posed for their mug shots.

As long as the person is responsible and a good person, and not violent or anything, the color of their skin makes no difference.
A black mom and a white mom could both be horrible or great, it's not their skin that makes them who they are.

Be honest? Holy Spit! I wouldn't want to know anyone who judges people sight unseen on COLOR, Because they wouldn't have been raised right and would be a DANGER to civilized society.

(years of military service were all colors and creeds were on the same bases living the sames lives UNDERLINED for me that there is only an "us and them" when someone came in a knew "all about how them *blank-people* are)

First of all always check on background and their cultures too. but really I prefer taking my child with me everywhere I go. Nanny is expensive to pay like Hollywood does. suppose rich I will be around my child while nanny is around too..so I can get to know nanny more.I would like to have Nanny's education, common sense and ability to care.

As long as she speaks English, looks responsible and hygienic, and passes my interview, I don't care what race she is. And yes, it would most likely be a she.

Neither we took our kids where ever we went. My first wife, now deceased, was a stay at home mom.
When she wanted a night out with the girls I stayed home and watched the kids and the same for her....if we went shopping we took the kids with us....Oh did I fail to mention that I had 10 kids?

If my kids had to have a babysitter, and that's a big IF since I don't have anyone watch my kids except family, I would just want someone who I am comfortable with. You can't be too careful when it comes to who watches your kids. My mom went through a lot of sitters for me when I was little. One had actually locked me out of the house and when my mom came home she found me just sitting on the front porch alone. but I also remember not liking a sitter because I didn't like her hair. But anyway, I wouldn't discriminate between white and black or gay or straight,anything else, as long as they take good care of my kids. I would feel horrible if I taught my kids that one person is better than another. Besides, I would just need to find someone who could handle all 3 of my kids !

Completely honest. Skin color has nothing to do with Baby Sitting. The conversation would not even come up. If it did I'd have to have a long talk with her about it.
