I personally would choose riches, seeing as I have yet to find anything that makes me happy so I give up on the idea of happiness.

All of the money in the world cannot buy happiness. Do Donald Trump or Paris HIlton seem very happy to you? I'll take modest comfort and happiness any day.

I have money and I enjoy money but I never let it control me or change me for the worse.
I'm happy with the simple things in life and although money does buys comfort, I'd rather have less of it and have love and happiness. Those are my true riches.
