Pizza. By varying the toppings it can effectively become any number of "different foods" while still technically being one type of meal.

My all-time favorite food: Pizza with ham, stuffed crust, and extra cheese. The rest of the meal includes cheese sticks, water or chocolate soy milk to drink, and chocolate cake or doughnuts for dessert.

Blackened salmon in a roasted red pepper and saffron sauce with broccoli and basmati rice. Followed by a fresh fruit salad with cream.

I would at least know that most of my vitamin needs, protein needs and carb needs would be met. I think I'd be fairly healthy.
