And yet so many of these people claim not to be jealous? Right..haha.

I'd probably scare the living shit out of her (I'm good at that), and then tell him if he ever even THOUGHT about getting with another woman, I would eviscerate him...then I'd probably smile and tell him that I loved him, and to get his ass in the shower, wash the whore's stank off of him, then to get his ass on the couch, cause he's banished from the bedroom until I've calmed down.

I'd make sure that he got tested before he even considered kissing me again.

Honestly, I'd slap the crap out of him, then kick him out! I don't play that, if he cheats he's GONE.

But 90% toward my spouse. It would have been her decision to destroy the trust in our relationship. I would not actually react in anger, though I would be very, very angry. I think the emotions of hurt, sadness, and loss would overwhelm the anger.

The trust, once it's lost in such a way, can never be fully recovered.

I would leave. Our relationship would be over.

The sooner you get comfortable with the fact that you're spouse WILL cheat on you, the better off you'll be. I expect that it's happening. That's why I'm either single or in an open relationship where it's ok. I have absolutely no faith in monogamous relationships. They're a nice idea, but unrealistic

I got angry, but I didn't lose my cool. She was stupid. Mistook my niceness for weakness, and found herself on the outside looking in, forever. And she's still plenty bitter over me holding her accountable for her actions. Booting her was the best thing I could do for our kids. They turned out great because she was out of the picture for the most part.

He'd have been manipulating my trust and assets. Had he really not been selfish, he would have left me for her. But instead, he wanted us both, if not for my riches or for the fact he knew I'd always fawn over him.

I'd rather him leave me than be a coward and try to have us both.

And after I had finished directing my anger, I would find a competent lawyer. I do not consider there to be a relationship any longer once one party has left it.

Why be angry? What would that solve?

To quote God, in Her Holy Word:

"Wear it out (the way a three-year-old would do)
Melt it down (you're gonna have to eventually anyway)
The fire trucks are coming up around the bend"
god holy wear three-year-old melt gonna eventually fire trucks bend
(It's the Buddhist thing to do...)

Now, remember... that anger can only be fully and finally quenched and alleviated through several therapy sessions involving angry, dirty, 'curse-your-lover's-name-at -the-top-of-your-lungs' 'get-even sex' with Philo-Publius. (Just for future reference). : )

I wouldn't say relieved, I would simply walk away and think no more about it.

If the home we shared was mine originally, then I would pack her stuff up and send her on her way. If it was hers before, then I'd pack up my stuff and leave. I would never waste my time on someone capable of doing that to our relationship. If they've done it once, they can do it twice. I would not trust them again, so completely and for a relationship to last, there must be complete trust.

I would remove everything that reminds me of them or our relationship and move on with my life. :o)

Except, in my case, it would be "Kiss her Goodbye!" lol
