I can buy a gun so easy and quickly already, I can't imagine it being any easier.
I know of a website that's just like craigslist but it's for guns, I have bought three guns from people I contacted thru that website already. It's as simple as an email, a phone call and meeting someone for the trade.
Of the three transactions I have already made, I only showed my "government papers" to one of the guys because he was an authorized dealer. Of the other two, one was a rifle bought at the guy's house and the other was a handgun bought in the parking lot of a grocery store (a convenient place we chose to meet).
There are laws against criminals legally buying guns...its just not always enforced or the black market provide sufficient amounts of guns, among other things. I agree the model citizen should not have to go thru hoops to buy guns....to show you how stupid this is, you need a long rifle license just to buy a pellet gun...now isn;t that stupid ?
Well, in that case, I won;t perjure myself......OK, then, all states have their own ways of dealing with this......sounds lose to me, but who am I ? IF thats the qualification, I wouldn;t trust the person asking me to sign it.......
That's fine...here in NJ and NY permits are required also. I'm still waiting for my permit to come thru.....hopefully, they won;'t ask me to sign a document about my mental facility.
That's on question you can easily lie on and not worry about it. Just say you're not crzy and if that ends up being false you can easily claim insanity. It won't matter how they rule on the purjery accusation, either way, you walk.
Also Japan, definitely Japan.

Did I break the law?
I personally only sell guns to people who have concealed carry permits, that way I know they're OK. But that is my choice, not a law.
