If you could control one element which would it be?

I think it would be great to control the earth as an element because I could cause absolute devastation to anything I want at anytime I want Make mountains tremble and the earth open up and swallow peoples homes who would mess with someone with that power?

I find that air/wind can beat all of the elements.







Plus... it's way more fun.

From avatar, most earth benders were really grumpy. But in my opinion, earth is the symbol of peace, and love. That is why I would control the element of earth. Plus, if you really think about your question, we already control most of these elements in our own ways. Earth; we plant trees and crops to help us live and grow. Fire; we create fire and use it to give us light and warmth. Water/ice; we control which direction the water flows, and where it will stop. Wind; well... all i got is to fly kites... but.. before people had washers and dryers people used the wind to dry they're clothes. It's a sweet symphony. *sigh*

I love water.

Based off of The Last Airbender, I'd want to be a waterbender so I could bend blood, because that'd be pretty cool. I also really love how water looks.
However, based on my zodiacs and such, I'm assuming I'd bend fire. I'm a fire rat and an Aries, after all.

i wish you added storms though but thats okay. i like nature and stuff though so id control the earth and makes lots and lots of trees around like everywhere except in the middle of the road. then everyone would be healthy and happy with lots of parks and oxygen. :)))))) plus more resources. :P and of course we would need natural springs and rivers and stuff lke that around too :) wash away and destroy all pollution and go back to being a natural clean world again. :)

The world would be covered in Ice all the time so everyone would mostly stay indoors. Take THAT you noisy people that are always hanging outside my door!!

I can still kick up dust storms.

Wind has the greatest potential.
Also, to control wind would be to control flight.

Water can quench fire.
Water can dig through earth. Ice can split/crush rocks.
Bubbles of water can enclose/move/contain/isolate air.

I had to really think this one over, but then I realized none of the other elements can get passed the earth if you have good enough control of it.

I wanted to say fire as I am a fire sign and I guess it would just make sense but earth gives you more to control.

i often find myself running into fire, so i think it's meant to be...
