Repeal the 17th Amendment! By returning the selection of U.S. Senators to State Legislatures LARGE sums of money would be removed from the political process. As it stands now, I can have some influence in each State's election for Senate by being able to contribute money to a candidate. This, to me, is wrong.
By allowing only a State Legislature to appoint its Federal Senator, that person is then beholden to the interests of their particular State, not large contributors from outside their borders. (i.e. the Koch Brothers, George Soros, the NRA or PETA). Without out of State money, the Senator only has to keep his/her home Congress happy- which leads me to this.
The only other change I would make to our brilliant Constitution would be term limits. One term for Representatives and Senators, keeping 2 for the Presidency. No benefits, no expense accounts, and a salary that represents the Median income of their home state. This would encourage keeping jobs in America, and help to keep Legislators in touch with people's day to day lifestyle. The idea of a full-time job in Congress is wrong. You should live amongst your constituents, occasionally going to D.C. to conduct business.
If you could add or change one thing in America's constitution, what would it be?

A growing number of churches are thumbing their noses at federal law and diving into the political arena . . . putting their 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status at risk.
According to the I.R.S.’s rules and regulations, a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization (which includes churches) may not “influence legislation as a substantial part of its activities and it may not participate in any campaign activity for or against political candidates.” It’s simply part of the deal that in order to exist without paying taxes, certain types of political action are off-limits.
It’s rare, but the I.R.S. can revoke a group’s tax-exempt status if they violate the rules and did so for the first time in 1995. In the last few years, more and more churches, however, are crossing the line on purpose.
1. No political parties.
2. No electoral college.
3. He who gets the most votes wins!
4. Immigrations tightly regulated. If you can't bring what we want, stay home.
5. Borders secured. Big fence, lots of guards.
6. All trade treaties and agreements would be 100% reciprocal in terms.
7. English is the official language, no other to be used in any government document.
8. I can think of a bunch of others....but I'm sure you get the point!

Republicanism allows for the minority to have a seat at the table, Democracy is simple mob rules- a truly despicable form of governance.
The equality act - equal rights for everyone, regardless of race, religion, gender, gender-identity, sex, etc. Everyone is equal under the law.
Define the 2nd amendment better.
Make sure the taxing power was better defined and limited.

eliminate the 14th amendment.
2. Prisoners shall not be subjected to any form of mental or physical torture, whether they are held in US soil or not. (Starvation, water boarding, beatings, starvation, extreme heat/cold, sleep deprivation, etc)
3. Provide public healthcare. (Virtually all other developed countries have it)
4. Abolish the sales tax
5. Legalize online torrent sharing (This one's personal :) Don't take it so seriously)
Interesting is that all other developed countries are going broke. We are too because we support half the world. When we are all broke, how do we have universal healthcare?
