    A private island long enough for a landing strip, a decommissioned nuclear sub and a private jet. After that I would set it up to be self sufficient. Whatever was left over would be donated to various charities.

    This beautiful piece of land that I pass going on my weekend 'breakfast and lunch supplies' run. And then get a Monolithic Dome home built on it. I'd never have to run from a hurricane again.

    The services of a very good financial planner, a contractor to clean up the house I currently have so it can be sold, and a plane ticket to a Caribbean island with no forwarding address for anyone but the financial planner and my lawyer to find me
