If you are supposed to learn from your mistakes, why do some people have more than one child?

Chloey Hamer 2012/04/25 03:55:12Maybe they think it wasn't a mistake.

Children aren't mistakes.
Parents often are if they aren't smart enough to appreciate the gift they have.
That's funny, but so wrong...
*lolz
I never really understood how much of a blessing they were till I went through 3 losses after having two healthy babies. Now I look at my sweet baby girl(3yo) as she is sleeping and my son(6yo) ....and I feel SO LUCKY to have them:)
We are waiting (2years now) to adopt because I want more kids. Heck I'd have(or adopt ) 10 if we could pull it off money wise!
Have a good night.
and it makes me sad for her kids...because she seems so self envolved.
When have foster kids staying with us they thrive on the consistency and simple things which most of them have never had. I think we place so much value on "things" that we loose the ties of working together for each other it's all about ourselves and then people wonder why we as a culture with each passing generation become more self involoved...seperate. In the Duggars I see a family that works together, sharing their faith, and are all around good people. They homeschool their kids and that is bonding as well. It's not for everyone that's for sure but they seem to do it well!
