if its a guy normally i say: you know nothing about me or that he needs to get his head out of who evers a** he follows all the time or something in that area.

I use to introduce myself as the Bitch of the group so I just smile back.

If someone just calls me one, I try to figure out what i did that may have provoked that kind of response. It usually means I've just been myself and said something someone didn't approve of then I decide if it's worth it to apologize or just smile and move on.

Typically if it someone is calling me a bitch and trying to be insulting about it, I usually am pretty amused. Offer a slight smile of contempt and say quietly that I most certainly am, and point out that people use that insult when you have pissed them off by not doing something they want, or acting in a way that they do not approve of. And that the only person who gets to decide what I do is myself. But you’ll take their opinions under advisement. And then maybe tack on a “That’s Ms. Bitch to you, darling.”
