If people don't want kids, they should keep the Quarter between their knees.
I, personally, love my 13 year old, 10 year brain cancer survivor. He makes me proud just getting up in the morning for school!!!
...But raising kids is, and should be, hard work. It's understandable for parents to need to vent sometimes.
I guess it really depends on your context of 'complaining'...
