If its 11:30 PM Dec 31 in Texas and 12:30 AM Jan 1st in New York and you have a New York driver's license that expires Jan 2013, does that mean your license has expired?

No. Driver's licenses typically expire on the last day of the month if they don't expire on your birthday.reply - Me 2012/08/11 03:10:58

Nope, not to mention it would either be good until the end of January or an exact day in January. As the DMV would not be open on any January 1st, it wouldn't expire on 1/1/13 under any circumstances.reply - Squatch 2012/08/10 16:39:35
Yes - but it really depends on how much you piss off the cop that is checking itreply - mikeeonly 2012/08/10 13:05:33
