Honey...you would need a degree!+7I'm a charge nurse of a trauma surgical unit. I have my BSN, 20 years of trauma experience and several certifications..

teaching degree....ditto
numerous endorsements, advanced certifications
parent-hood helped including 2 with special needs...
oh...and 31 years of experience being that nurse, 15 years as a teacher....helps a great deal as well.....not to mention a heart for students.
I am blessed!
I am blessed!
for My Military Time .. you'd need UGrad/Grad Degrees .. Professional Military Education .. go through the Commissioning Process .. Being Licensed/Certified is a bonus .. work your way up through the ranks .. and yes, some post-graduate training and Continuing Education is also required ..
For my Civilian Careers .. License/Certificates .. Continuing Education .. and at least 10 years of actual experience as a Supervisor as well as in the field .. was necessary.
NOW That I'm RETIRED ..
hmm .. what can I say ..
pick up the tools with an innate ability to keep things maintained .. as well as a spark of creativity (and knowledge from my previous careers) is well used ..
and it doesn't help that I decided to take some College courses for fun ..
for I've found new interests in the Fine Arts ..
(the Juried Reviewers .. are incredulous .. that I'm Retired Military .. as well as now Blind .. )
Ya don't need to know all the answers. You just need to know how to resolve them and/or where to find the answers.
