They'd have moved already if that were the case. Some of the smaller businesses have but some of the others would rather deal with "over-regulation" then having to deal with retraining employees and having a less than desirable talent pool to draw from. As for it being all on Moonbeam, I'm absolutely certain had The Governator done his part, Meg Whitman may have a job right now. I genuinely believe California's largest problem isn't regulations and taxes, but rather a dire need for
population control for a state that contains 12% of the nation's population.

Boy you're dense. California's budget deficit is internal. It has nothing to do with the Federal Government. California pays Washington more than Washington returns in expenditures. The country profits from California.

On the other hand, your state of Alabama costs the Federal Government $1.71 for every $1 Alabama pays in revenue. Where do you think that extra 71 cents comes from? It comes from states like California. Alabama is one of the 10 greatest burdens on the rest of us.

You want to cut spending? Lets pass a law that prohibits any Federal Spending to states in excess of the revenue they generate. All the Red States would collapse. That's pretty hilarious since its the Red States who are crying for lower taxes. What a bunch of freeloaders you are.
