Hooters waitresses, porn stars or bikini models. Any job where the appearance of your body is a factor plastic surgery can be listed as a write off.

That's a good question. I don't see any reason why they shouldn't. A friend of mine knows a girl who works as a waitress in a strip joint. She had Implants. If I remember to, I'll ask him to ask her.

Since it is a one time expense I see no reason not to allow a depreciated business expense deduction. It is little different than special clothing, make-up, etc. which ARE legitimate business expenses.

Because when she is not working she is still wearing them and flaunting them... to be a business expense they have to be used exclusively for business.

She may be working in a different way when she's not stripping that would still generate bigger tips because of the implants. lol

Business owners buy trucks they don't use for work and write it off on their taxes.

No. The sort of people who go see strippers undoubtedly are so desperate they could care less. Or they are already married... and in that case shouldn't be going to stripper places anyways.

Sure... it's like a car...you have to keep mileage for personal use and for business use. She just has to keep a log of the personal and business use of her new 'Attributes.'

But fake jugs are terrible. Give me small, natural breasts over large fake ones all day, everyday. I really do mean it.

She might have to subtract all the time when she isn't working like you do when you have your business in your home or use your family car for business.

The tax code is rather open about it but I think this statement fits,

When the expenditure enhances or produces direct effect on increasing income or maintaining income it is deductable.

Well that what the courts have said. A transsexual woman can also deduct her sex change from her taxes (my uncle is a tax accountant and told me about that one when that decision and also about the stripper situation when they were made) but she can't get a tax deduction for other surgerys that are only to enhance her looks unless she uses her breasts for work purposes. So sadly breast implants are deductible for strippers because they ''use'' their breasts for their jobs thus it's not just for cosmetic enhancement. And also sadly transsexuals can have SRS costs deducted from thier taxes because SRS is a ''proper'' course of treatment for the transsexual person when suffers from Gender Identity Disorder.

I'd say big boobs would be considered a prop in a stripper's line of work. It may be that a focus on breasts may have to be a part of her stage persona to begin with, though.

Yep, and therefore probably deductable. Insurable too, I'd say. She ought to protect those assets!
