I'm not sure, but one thing is for sure, and that is if a mother was nursing she'd have to remove her piercings, else it be impossible to nurse. With the piercings out the holes would likely close and heal quickly and the milk would flow through the paths of least resistance at the areola, as designed, so I think, likely not.
Milk doesn't come from one 'hole' in the nipple.
