See, I find facebook to be absolutely pointless. He is 14, and he obviously not mature and smart enough. His hormones are raging, and that just about sums it up.

I use proper grammar, and diction, but I'm sure most people would not consider me smart ! LOL ! So I guess, making grammar mistakes, doesn't necessarily make one stupid.

The only time I like poor grammar is when the offender is insulting me and saying something along the lines of "your stupid". There really is nothing quite like the feeling one gets when one is insulted by a moron who claims to be intellectually superior despite attempting to make their point with atrocious grammar. The worse their grammar, the better I feel :-)

Albert Einstein was German and English wasn't his first language, so your point is irrelevant. I have a great deal of respect for anyone who attempts English when it isn't their first language.
