I was starting to wonder do girls and women in her 20's+ and older like violent,bloody if not gore games and fighting like us guys do or are they really a myth

Fellow gamers i do apologize for the title if you have a better name please let me know thanks and this i was starting to wonder are they really exist or a myth and yes i know most girls and most women love girly games if not some of them do and i can understand that.

I give you examples like any mortal kombat of those classics,killer instinct and tekken games and before you ask me yes some of the mortal kombat games is my favorites and yes tekken,tekken 2 and tekken 3 and demo of tekken 5 is my favorite games and yes of course dead or alive series too if i have any favorites among them.

Even though they are classics and they may or may not obsolete i don't know heck i might get them if i choose to continue my collection of gaming and another of my favorites and is for PS1 and it is Bushido Blade 1 and Bushido Blade 2 and yes they are classics too so what.

And another examples is any resident evil games including the classics of resident evil sorry for asking when i was watching youtube videos either of a girl/a woman play video games or they play with their boyfriend and i starting to wonder do those girls and women really even exist or are they just a myth.

To sell more games you know how some models do that just to get more gamers buy more games and other stuff sorry if that is off topic or too far i was wondering about it and yes i do have some of my favorite games is either bloody,violent,gore,scarey,the classics or whatever if I've tried it already and if i love that game.

And it will be awesome if we play games like that and have fun like that and yes i have other favorite games too anyway thanks for helping me to figure this out and thanks for your answers and thanks for your opinions :).

    I LOVE bloody and gory games. SKyrim and the Assassin's Creed RPGs are my two favs right now. I'm in my 30's though. (34). My friends don't know that I am a closet gamer. If you knew me you'd never guess I while away hours upon hours, even days, playing my "nerd fest" games.

    I love games like that. But I don't play them ofen. I think it all depends who you grow up with. I've grown up with a load of boys in my household and always been surrounded in video games like these

    I only own a PS2, and I've been looking at getting an XBOX. I love blood, gore and violence (especially in movies), when it comes to games, I get a little wussy, but boy do I love the rush, I can't find any decent games for the PS2 that will actually make it to my house (for some reason everytime I order one, to get a decent price, they never seem to make it all the way here, suddenly they run out or we just never recieve it and I get so annoyed at amazon). :/

    I love games, though I play them on the PC. Dragon' Age Origins, Awakenings, Dragon Age 2, Witcher 1 & 2, Skyrim, all the Dungeon Seiges, All the Diablos.

    Some do, some don't. I'm one of the women that do. I play Halo Reach nearly every night with my husband and can actually whoop butt on it....and plan on getting Halo 4 this week. I know it's not a gory game, but it's considered more of a guy thing. Resident Evil is another one I like and I'm dying to check out Assassin's Creed. I can't really think of any "girly" games that I enjoy. My favorite genres are first person shooter and racing games. I grew up playing the original Mortal Kombat and still like it. I'd be stoked if I had a female friend that would play some Halo with me (and not just continually run at the entire team by themselves, randomly firing their A.R.) or any other "non-girly" game. Maybe the problem is that I live in So Cal, where most other women seem to just want to shop and gossip.

    I like violent games sure I haven't played much I wouldn't call myself a gamer but I love old school games like Tekken and Mortal Combat and a recent one I like is the God of War series... the graphics on that sucker are sooooooo beautiful.

    Lol I'm so jealous of you 2 lol i wish i can find myself a fun virgin gamergirlfriend who saves her virginity till marriage like i am who haves fun like me and a bonus she also loves anime and manga like i do at first i thought it's a myth since they are mostly models just to sell games :).

    Definitely not a myth, Ive been playing violent video games for nearly as long as they have been around. Ive played every single Resident Evil released and Ive also played Silent Hill, Left for Dead 1 and 2, Dead Island. Borderlands 1 and now 2. I play video games with my husband on a regular basis, im the one that actually got him into them.

    I played Mortal Combat in the early years but its not really my kind of game.

    Do Skyrim and Assassin's Creed count? Love the special kill scenes in both, though the violence/gore is not what hooked me on them.

    Well, I exist so I'd imagine there are many others as well. My favourite games/series would have to be Mortal Kombat, Twisted Metal, Army of Two, Resident Evil, and Left 4 Dead. So some gore, others (Army of Two) not so much gore. As for the title... I haven't a clue.

    Yep, both of my roommates like some gory games. They are both big fans of the Devil May Cry, Resident Evil, and Silent Hill series. One is a big fan of God of War, and the other is a big fan of Assassin's Creed.

    No offense, but females are weird these days, you see them beating a guy up, playing call of duty, and getting 50 kills, and zero deaths on it. Then A girl likes you, then a day later she hates you, girls these days also loves movies like saw, and hostel. Prove me wrong now! Heck my freakin female cousins are Tom Boys, they go to the range, go hunting, and playing games, like COD. Then my little female cousins a few of them are 8-14 years old and they all have toys that are for guys, Gi Joe dolls, hot wheels, and so on. So they are weird in a good way I guess.

    I love gory games, I'm pre-ordering the new Resident Evil game ^-^, granted I like the pokemon games but I grew up on gory. Me and my brother would play for hours. But with younger girls now a lot (not all) are concerned with boys, their hair, and other trivial stuff.

    Honey, I am the Mortal Kombat queen!! I love all kinds of games. As for as the blood-gore games you asked about. I have them---Resident Evil, left 4 dead 1 & 2, Black, The House of the dead, Doom,Max Payne( Not too gorey..I know) but I love them all.I love my games like I love my movies-action packed and martial arts. No love-romance girly movies here!! Sorry!!

    I hope i find a fun gamer girlfriend like you not just rpg gamer and i hope she is a virgin waiting till marriage like i am and yes I'm a 24 year old virgin and I'm waiting till marriage and i expect her to do the same :).

    I know some do, but ive never been attracted to those type of games, I like metroid, need for speed, split second, rockband, and junk like that. but I guess im not in my 20s+ yet
