a good friend asks to borrow money to pay a bill and promises to pay you back next pay . and doesn't. you keep asking and get half ass answers and eventually the person stops talking to you.then they start avoiding you and accuse you of harassment.

of course, that begs the question: "is money money when there is no society for which it is a valuable commodity?"
in other words, what is money if there is nothing to spend it on? toilet paper, perhaps?

A friend is struggling to stay afloat. You could give them the money but you might have to wait longer to purchase that thing you have been waiting a long time for. Where does the money go?
