You could do a family with a single mother, 3 kids, and a nanny. The mother has to start at ground zero and try to work her way up the career ladder to be whatever you want her to be. The mom is always working. If you're getting Late Night you can make the mom try to be a celeb too. The nanny can be old and grumpy so she doesn't care too much about the kids and eventually the mother becomes a celeb, fires the nanny and lives a calm life with her kids. When they grow up you can make them superstars too!

I have all the expansion packs so far but need new ideas. Ran out of ideas. Also I somehow got boy and girl twins instead of the same sex. I didn't use any cheats either.
