Preheat your cast iron skillet while you are buttering both sides of two slices of excellent quality white bread. Put 3 slices of Kraft or Land O Lake yellow American cheese between the two buttered slices. Put some clarified butter on the heating cast iron skillet and when it sizzles slide the cheese sandwich onto the skillet, keep on medium heat and flip after one minute (do not let it burn) and grill the other side, pressing the sandwich down to melt the cheese completely. Do not burn. Serve immediately with a bowl of cream of tomato soup (also hot). Enjoy.
