"On" doesn't seem like the correct preposition. Maybe a homeless person who lives in her or his car and parks along a road lives "on...," but those of us who are fortunate enough to live in a building are not living on a road, not literally. So in my view answers such as: on Earth or on the third rock from the Sun seem to be the better answers.
