This is way more factual than crazy actually. Who would've thought we would have the anti-American president squatting in the WH we have now five years ago?

The POTUS Press Secretary Jay Carney is a former chief of staff to Joe Biden if that rings any bells.

Biden is likely not following you, it's a paid member of the VP's staff, probably associated with CPUSA or ACORN. I wouldn't be worried until that dark van down the street with the various antennae gets closer to your house.
