the coconut is a versatile ingredient ..
shredded coconut is great as a outer coating on (for example) Chocolate Truffles
I've had coconut milk in Tea (nice variation on the theme of milk in tea)
I've used coconut water too in recipes ..
just saying .. it's not all bad ..
sometimes one has to just enjoy it prepared well and understand its uses ..

It's like gelatin and pudding from coconut milk. It's very delicious!
