I hate cell phones..do you?

I have a free cell phone and I HATE it! It doesn't work half the time! I wish I had a normal cell phone that works. They are very practical to have. (when they work properly of course).

I wish I could help you Sister Jean, but I’m not a tech-oriented person. Oh, I’m informed that there’s nothing to it! Easy too learn… As I question, what about smart phones? Some more phones that I know nothing–no-thing–about!! With the free phone offers still finding their way into my mail and e-mail offerings, and reminding me of what I’ve yet to know. Wonderful!!! Y’see, eventually should I be in such a position that I need to have one then the dear Lord will help me grasp its world with texting, rollover minutes, and all… I keep an open mind in the face of this daunting task and to its joys of everyday living. Telling myself, ‘I CAN DO IT!” when the time arrives. So it is, “WE CAN DO THIS SISTER JEAN!”

they can be annoying sometimes but they're alright. :)

mine comes in handy, but i imagine it would get annoying to get a torrent of unwanted calls all the time

I wonder how people survived without cell phone. Its like hobbling on one foot or walking about in d dark.

They can be annoying, but my cell phone gives me a lot of comfort knowing I can get help easily if I need it. The good outweighs the bad for me.

I've adapted and love my cell phone. It's not a smart phone, just pretty basic, but keeps me in touch.

I hate the services though, some are too slow for my taste and others cost waaay too much for the crappy service they give.

I would say so, since I have one, but rarely on (or with) me, I keep forgeting it so I'm rather unreachable, and liking it.

They're a tool in my life, nothing more. I have ditched land lines and have never looked back.

But, I hate landlines. I would like to take mine out of the house.

My smart phone's battery runs down to fast, and I don't use apps that much nor text. What problem are you having, Sister?

One the first hand, a cellphone that was used at the wrong time paralyzed my cousin. On the second hand I can call every single person I know within an hour. So, I really don't use my phone that much.

My phones stupid and is always freezing and messing up. -.-

They're useful, and help keep me on time.

I don't wish to be disrespectful but that deserves and Amen. I think they are fine but the humans attached to them are mostly rude. I was at the movies today and at least three individuals had them on the whole time the movie was on. Mayhem did enter my mind.

What is wonderful about a landline phone is it has and answering system and I don't have to answer it. It is called freedom to do what you want without being tethered to a electronic device.

It's a blessing and a curse.
I only use it for calling and texting though. Can't say the same for others -__-

I don't like having to talk on cell phones, but I love the option I have for texting. Makes life so much better now.

I love my cell phone. I rarely use it for talking or texting but it comes in handy for an emergency.

OMG!!! I thought I was the only one who hated them! I do own one, but it's turned off most of the time and is only used for emergencies, like when my car breaks down in the middle of nowhere.
