I wish I had something as delicious as lobster for breakfast. But only if it's live lobster. I only settle for the best. It has to be from Maine too. I would have live lobster for breakfast every morning if I could.

Oh, they are very good. I had a bunch made by the local butcher. Teriyaki, regular, and summer sausage, too.

Yes, the prepackaged stuff is garbage. Some of it the dog won't even eat.
Normally I butcher my deer, but I don't ever make sausage. This year I splurged and had him do a whole deer into sausage. I also got bratwursts and breakfast sausage, but haven't tried them yet.

Kill them first. One quick cut with a knife one inch or so back from the head side when they are on their back. When I do it, they go limp immediately but there is still some muscle movement dead as they may be. It's very easy and a lot more humane than a trigger fish eating them one member at a time... Another option is put them in the freezer until they are numb, then the boiling water. The shock is instantaneous...
