A truck driver stops at a whore house one night, walks up to the madam and slaps $500 on the counter and says "I want the ugliest woman in the house and a bologna sandwich!"
The Madam is incredulous and says "Sir, I dont think that you realize where you are at. For that kind of money you can have the prettiest woman in the house and fillet mignon."
