i'm 5'1 and my boyfriend is 6'3. so you must see the faces we get when we are walking around in public.

i think you should be yourself and go for it.be in charge (most tall men like that in a woman) go right up and spark a conversation with him/them...take control if you see that they like you and ask him out on a date sometime. show him you care about his persaonality and not what he looks like.

be yourself thats all. Big and small goes well; I'm living proof. My wife is 130lbs and I'm about 4 times that....

As a big guy (tall and broad) with a small wife, all I can say is some of us like petite women. Be yourself, and if a guy interests you, talk to them. You'll find one that you like and that is interested in you as well.

Just be you. Approach a guy you like and be honest and open about what you want.

Being yourself would also encompass sharing interests... right? I don't think I get your question but my advice is don't over-think it unless over-thinking it is what you do and a part of being yourself. :p

Sounds like me. Just do what comes natural to you. People who want the loud or overly-talkative girls will just be disappointed when you finally get comfortable to be yourself anyways... so why give false advertising in the beginning? There are guys who prefer quieter or more thoughtful ladies without trying to trick others into thinking you are someone you aren't.

And I don't mean that to sound mean. I was just reading that we almost all accentuate are less dominate personality traits when trying to capture someone's interest and then when we are more comfortable we go back to our primary ones. (Talking MBTI traits)

Well, I'm a woman and I'm not very tall either so maybe his won't be helpful but Ill ry.

It seems to me that maybe you could do both - be yourself AND hang out with people who have a common interest. It's a good way to strike up a conversation with somene anyway - say maybe you both like bowling or.. I do'tnow maybea particular band or style of music. Or a spor. or ... well just about anything.

Whoever your big-guy beau turns out to be :) he will eventually find out who the real you is anyway so you may as well not try and be someone you are not.

You're more likely to find a compatible guy that way, I think.

hang out in buffets, and fast food joints.
go to the park just in case some of them end up trying to lose weight. Go to the gym too.
