I would instill people with the ability to think as skeptically about their own religions and tenets as they do about the ones practiced by rival religions. As it's amazing how I've met so many people who are world class skeptics on every faith out there and can pick it to pieces finding fault everywhere, but that ability vanishes whenever they come to their own faith.
