Twice a week tops unless I've been working up quite a sweat. I have a dry skin condition that makes me REALLY itchy if I wash away many of the natural body oils.

Once, maybe twice a week......and it's growing like mad. I use to wash it every other day, and it was always so dry and brittle . Now it's in great shape. I do brush it good everyday.

It's probably not good for it but I can't stand it if I don't. Once had to have a special test to see why I was having seizures and they put wires all over my head. I could not wash my hair for 4 days while they did the test. I hated it bad.

I used to wash it every day, thought it was more "clean." But my hair was always dry and frizzy. The lady that does my hair told me to only wash it once or twice a week. Since I have been doing that - for almost a year now - my hair looks so healthy and shiny. And if I go even 5 or 6 days without washing it, it still never gets oily. I do, however, keep something near that will make it smell fresh and clean - love the BioSilk.

I know it's bad to wash it everyday, but I can't help it. My hair gets greasy easily and if I don't wash my hair then my face feels oily too and sdkljflskdjf I have to. :c

My little sister heard (and proved) that if you don't wash it as often, your scalp won't need to replinish the oils as heavily. She is now down to washing hers about every 5 - 6 days. Looks better than I have seen it in years. And before, when she washed it at 7 am, it was greasy looking by 2 pm. Now it isn't for days.
