When I work, that is. It is more convenient than trying to drive halfway across the city to go home. But I do watch what I eat, scrambled eggs and Canadian bacon with fruit parfait for breakfast and a couple of choices from Taco Bell without cheese and limited sauces. No fries, no regular soda, more veggies and fruit. Plus a workout every day, walking more, to counter act the badness that I consume daily.
