I was petrified. I was not sure if his mother would allow him to show up. She is kind of controlling, so long as she lives within an hour of him. Thank Goddess Georgia is farther than that away. I asked everyone that I came across as I was getting dressed if he was there or not.

But, when I hit the end of the aisle, my husband did stop breathing for a few seconds. It was awesome.

It happened so fast I didn't have time to be also staying busy before was a good way to fight nerves.

Well no you don't have to. My wedding didn't seem to be prolonged. It was a simple wedding tho.

When I was planning on us paying for it, it was going to be very simple. But, since my parents are paying, and they want me to go all out (only daughter syndrome), it is far more complex than anticipated, and far more guests.

Ya that happens. Lets just say mine was not traditional. Having it in the church was but after that it wasn't. The reception was in my dad's farm shop. I wish you the best of luck. As for nerves its all before because the wedding its self goes by fast.

Extremely nervous. Probably because I shouldn't have been marrying him, he's now my EX husband lol...but it's perfectly normal to be nervous, wish you the best.

Oh, I will.... "What's done is done." - kind of sounds like resigning yourself to something unpleasant.

First one was the starter wife, she enjoyed the military lifestyle and travel, once I completed 10 years, she decided she was happy where she was. Second one was 'waiting' for a previous 'true love' to get divorced then dropped me, kids and all. Whore by any other name?

Women are dirtbags. All I hear is, why won't men commit. If this is an example of how a woman wants committment, I'll just use them and dump them. It isn't worth wasting my life expecting good things from slime bags.

Kind of sounds like you got some bad ones. There are good women, just like there are good men.

I was okay but my best man froze when it was time to walk out of the side room to the alter. I had to go back and take him by the arm. He was sweating and shaking.
