    I work out 5 times a week and sweat LOTS! Sometimes it's twice a day. I have to shower every morning and wash my hair even if I washed it the night before....I know, I'm weird!

    Trust me, if you all had the long red wavy jungle of hair that I do, You might even even consider leaving it go longer. I swear, I loose something in there everytime I wash it, my comb, my toothbrush, my bird Pauly....

    It honestly depends on what I have been doing.. Yard work, Regular work.. But I always use professional products, so it won't dry my hair out..

    Whether it needs it or not....just part of the daily shower ritual! Anyone with dry, fine or treated hair.......try Ojon........that stuff works great.

    2-3x a week...more if I have been outside a lot. Everyday really tends to dry it out.

    every third day to preserve color,if it needs it or its a beach day then I wash it .when i was younger my hair was oiler so I washed it eveyday,but now its more dry!

    My hair is long and thick, and I usually wash it about every three days. My hair is very healthy, so that has to be a good balance for it.

    My hair is extremely thick and takes forever to dry. As I have more hair than the average woolly mamoth, I wash it every other day. I can't believe I used to wash it every day before I went to work!

    Learned this in beauty school in the 70's. You should wash Straight or Oily hair every day. Curly or Dry hair you could skip a day. The healthier the hair the more you should wash it. Don't forget to bursh before washing to distribute the oil.
