It varies.

I usually try to eat fish once or twice a week, and chicken is always a staple... but nothing is quite like a good grilled steak.

Red meat is over-rated! My parents eat beef four out of seven days a week, not only has it given them both weight, heart and cholesterol issues, but it is also expenesive. I don't eat pork or beef, but instead enjoy; chicken, turkey, beans, nuts and fish.

I eat red meat once in a great while, I usually go weeks/months without eating it, but every now and then I'll have a burger or steak.
