I am going to put one together eventually of all my favorite recipes. I have all the ones I use frequently memorized. My mom has some recipes that I want that I need to write down...The only thing is neither one of us measure so it will be interesting to try to get it all down accurately..

Well... I tried to click "one" but I guess it called my bluff. The book isn't technically mine haha. BUT I kind of have one, a Rachel Ray cookbook for two, and tons of random recipes.

I collect antique cookbooks. I have a White House Cook Book from the turn of the last century. And no, I very rarely use a cookbook at all.

Well, probably about 2 dozen, mostly Asian and Indian and a couple French ones.

I still have my text books from my apprenticeship as well to remember basic ratios when I forget.

I have a few left; regional cookbooks like Indian and Mexican. Mostly I've gotten the hang of cooking and just freeform.
