I can bend over and place my hands flat on the floor wihout bending my knees, feet together. I'm not a gymnast, but I'm pretty flexible. Can do backbends easily and pull my foot up behind my head while balancing on one leg (: haha
I used to weight lift a lot in my 20's and 30's. Like most guys I did not stretch the way I should have and now I am paying the price. If you are young and flexible try to maintain that as you get older. If not you are in for a painful second half of your life!
