When I first moved to Idaho, I liked my eggs "over easy" on a slice of toast.
The first time that I cracked open two eggs to cook them, here in Idaho, I was disgusted to find a large amount of a white substance just outside the yolk. I didn't want to waste the eggs, money was TIGHT, so I scrambled them, without milk and cooked them.
Ever since that day in January, 1978, I have taken my eggs "scrambled without milk added", and I suspect that I always will!!!!

i like my eggs many different ways. let me count the ways
scrambled w/ dried fruit
w/ fruit
crab meat, bacon, kectup, with rice, sausage, etc.

We are fortunate to have several neighbors who have more chickens than they know what to do with, we get all the eggs we want from true free range chickens, they have thick hard shells, really deep orange yolks and white that stand up... oh and did I mention they taste fabulous...

I have yet to have see the Cage they were Freed from at the supermarket.. But general I prefer my eggs cooked.. But, have been known to eat the chick right out of the boiled egg shell. In some parts of the world it's highly treasured delicacy... LOL..

Fried with grease flipped on the yolk till it turns white but leaving the yolk runny. Eat them with bacon, buttered toast and peach preserve or sliced tomatoes.
