first you have to see if they are staring at you
to do this
yawn if they yawn to they where staring at you

than go and talk to them that usualy stops people to stop staring at me

stare back? unless they are a crazy and then i'd just leave their line of sight. but how do you know if they are crazy... until you stare them down and they don't back down... so yeah, leave their line of sight... or walk right up to them and ask why they are staring at you.... but if they are crazy they might just do something crazy... so leave... that's probably best

Usually I stare back and they move on. Otherwise I just go on with whatever I was doing and ignore them. People stare always have and always will. Big Deal.
