Or not cooked at all, my fouvorite is steak tartar, but in most places it's not safe enough trying it

The rarer the better. I'll eat it cooked up to medium though. Past that, it's inedible.

I rarely eat steak but like it well done to kill all of the "mad cow thing" out of it.
