Cooked. I love eggs in all forms, depending on what the dish is. Eggs and bacon and toast gets over-medium eggs, simple breakfast or salad gets hard-boiled, eggs Benedict must have poached, and if my husband is cooking, scrambled eggs are where it is at.
I really do enjoy good Eggs Benedict sometimes. I enjoy poached eggs on whole grain toast too. I have to say that when visiting my Bros family during the holidays he really does make excellent fluffy moist scrambled eggs & cheese.
Raw eggs are useful as additives to many dishes to be cooked too - also pasta.
If I'm just having an egg on toast then I prefer boiled, poached or scrambled. If it's with bacon or sausage then I prefer fried.
For some reason when I've been ill the meal that I really fancy when I'm getting better is a cheese omelette.
