Fried or scrambled. Often, when I break an egg or two in the pan to fry, they end up scrambled.

Scrambled, with crisp hashbrowns, and bacon! An omlette is even better! Because of the cholesterol and my concern anout my waisteline, I cannot have them very often

I like them:

Scrambled, Hard Fried, and Scrambled with Spam.
I grew up eating scrambled eggs and Spam. It was cheap back in the 60's.
