Read the "Help" section for a tour of your computer to gain an understanding of what's where. The other is in the Tools section of your webpage, beneath "Internet Options", "Browsing History". However, that's just a beginning.

It depends what internet service you have. On Internet Explorer, do this:

    Click 'Tools.'
    Click 'Internet options.'
    Click 'Clear History.'
(I usually clear cookies too, which logs you out of anywhere you're logged in.)

On the family computer, we have AOL, and you can't clear anything out, which is annoying as heck. So if you have AOL I think you're kind of stuck. :P

I'm using Safari right now and all I have to do on there to get rid of it is just go to the History button on my menu and click clear history and it will clear it. I don't know how it is with other browsers because I don't concentrate on the history really.

Go to your control panel and click on "Delete History and cookies"

Or you can press Ctrl H and your history shows up. Then press Ctrl A then hit the delete button.

It depends on your internet service... you can't on AOL, but it's easy on IE. I haven't used service besides those, though.
