A.C's arent "allowed" in this apt sadly so surround the house in fans, take a nice long cool (not cold >_<) shower and walk around in my bday suite. When outside and it gets to hot, I retreat to the shade, hit the beach, spend half my summer near water or in a bookstore and lastly at the pool

Do you want to cool off? Wear a lightweight long sleeved shirt and long legged slacks. You never burn. The breeze contacts your sweat and it feels cool. That is why the Bedouin always wear their wraps. My shirts are Wrangler or Levi western wear.

AC or fan, depends on the temperatures and humidity (high dew point temperature). AC come if temps reach 90 or above, otherwise the fan does a good job.

Or if it's really not ALL that hot, I'll drink a glass of water, lie under the ceiling fan with an ice pack on my head. That really cools me down fast.

During the summer after Summer Pride camp I'd take a few cold water bottles and go out to my back yard and pour them on me. Which is really pointless.. could just take a cold shower.. Even though I do that anyway. haha
