Obesity should not be a goal to achieve. Too many health problems, and it is not a GOAL. If you are too thin, and want to gain weight, lift weights. That always works
If you want to gain body mass, join a gym, take karate, eat right(GNC or other health store can help), try your local college or junior college for help. Put on the right kind of weight. 30 pounds of muscle would look great. 30 pounds of fat would not.
