That's Mickey. he's a Green-Cheek conure. I'm not sure what Princess's exact age is because I adopted her from a bird rescue, but I think she's around six or seven.
Yes, she does talk a lot! Whenever I leave, she says, "See ya later." She can also say: whatcha doing, give me a kiss, where's mommy, shut up, come in, and hello. She can also do various whistles and tunes. Does your bird talk?
She is just a year old now but she says "shhh be quiet" "koko bean" "pretty bird" and says "what?" Lots of sounds and can whistle the "Adams family" theme song.
I also have two other parakeets. My green-cheek and african grey don't really get along, so I have to keep them separated. Do you have any other birds?
Absolutely gorgeous "African Grey Parrot" (looks like). He/she looks so well cared for and tame. Remember this bird will think you are his/her mate for life. They will even survive you as they can live as long as 70 years. Thank you for sharing Koko's photos.
I cannot tell from pic. Is that a Congo or Timneh? We have a Congo who is just six mos old and have had him since he was about 8 wks old. Great bird. He's starting to talk and his first words are "Hi!" and "What?" LOL!
CUDDLY, AND CUTE AND ADORABLE.
