Not smoking, acting like a lady at least 50% of the time (dont be fist fighting or name calling people and talking obnoxiously, basically dont be a large black lady), be a good cook, be fun, and cute. And has to like comics and chinese fighting movies

Intelligence is the most important factor, I'd say, though I expand upon that to have it include a critical, analytical mind open to free thought. After that would be a kind heart, and then shared interests. If somebody has all these, it would take something serious indeed for me to be uninterested. :P
