If I can, I'd like to move to Australia in my 20's. How would I go about doing this? Details!

    Long way: Finish Uni/college then apple for a job there.
    Slight faster: Go to Uni/college there

    I COULD go to college there, but what do I need to do to get over there? Just buy a passport and be done? I doubt it's that easy.

    Well really if your going to go to college there, all you really need to do is find a a college that supports what you want to study. Apple for student vise (shouldn't be too hard for you probably have a US pass port ) so job done. Its a lot easier then it seems xD

    To start with you have to prove you can support yourself, and then have someone sponsor you. Check your local library on immigration laws.

    And that would be a good plan. The medical profession (nursing, etc) is always a pretty good bet.
