Having a discussion with a male friend about this right now. He says it's WITHOUT a doubt Mercedes Lane from License to Drive (Heather Graham). I say Elisha Cuthbert (sp?) from Girl Next Door, or possibly Phoebe Cates' character in 'Fast Times' (yes, I hit the "way back" button for that one).
