I'm afraid it all boils down to those with Money Talks, and Whiners who lost theirs Walk. Even banks expect borrowers to either be able to repay loans, or tighten their belts (or get a second job) to make it a fair deal all around. Austerity isn't pleasant, but when you reach the end of your rope, you do what you must to get back on your feet.
